I never felt rushed. The nurse was wonderful, and Jackie, the phlebotomist, made what can be an uncomfortable part of a doctor's visit feel stress-free, with a few laughs along the way. As an 85 year old male I was a walk in patient the morning after falling on a sidewalk in downtown Chicago. There was considerable bleeding from my facial wounds and I was feeling a vague fullness/weakness in my head. Dr.Barrett and staff were extremely prompt, courteous and caring during my examination which included xrays for possible fractures. We were tourists with travel reservations and Dr. Barrett very patiently spent the time necessary to arrange for a CAT Scan at a local hospital that day. We couldn't be more pleased and appreciative of Dr. Barrett's professionalism and caring treatment.
